At Kecks, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kecks branding and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
